Medical Assistant
Floral Long Term Care is seeking a Medical Assistant to assist with staff/residents/family COVID testing in a long term care facility.
Medical Assistant Requirements:
Medical Assistant must have a Medical Assistant degree/dimploma.
The facility is very fast-paced so the candidate has to be able to keep up and catch on quickly.
We need someone who is a quick learner, a hard worker, has excellent attendance, and superb customer service skills.
The candidate must be both professional and friendly and enjoy working with staff, the patients and their families.
Candidate must be computer savvy and able to use electronic medical records software easily. Candidate must understand the importance of HIPAA Compliance.
Medical Assistant Duties could include: injections, lab swabs, vaccinations, taking vitals, assisting with prior authorizations, triage calls.
Experience:
1 year preferred customer service
1 year preferred certified medical assistant
1 year preferred medical office
