Propósito: Determinar las carencias en las actividades de Almacén de Materiales para desarrollar indicadores de gestión basado en la metodología de balanced scorcard en el almacén de ME, MP, Graneles, Rechazados e Invendibles, para mejorar el proceso y control de los inventarios y gestión del área.

Actividades:

• Elaborar un diagnóstico de las debilidades, oportunidades, fortalezas y amenazas del área de almacén para determinar las estrategias a utilizar e implementar la herramienta de Balanced Scordcard.

-Identificar las brechas que con respecto a los requerimientos de la herramienta de Balanced Scordcard.

-Definir las mediciones e indicadores asociados a la mejora en la implementación de la herramienta.

-Proponer el balanced scorcard bajo las perspectivas de la organización y del área de almacén de planta Valencia.

Requisitos:

-Estudiante de Ingenieria Industrial/ Mecánica/ T.S.U en Producción Industrial

-Carta de Postulación a pasantías
