Description
The Quality Engineering Intern will support quality assurance and control processes while gaining hands-on experience in a production environment. They will be also be working with cross-functional teams to achieve finishing different projects as part of operational team to support production.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist in Quality Control: Support testing and inspection of raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
· Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to identify trends, defects, or areas for improvement.
· Documentation: Update and maintain quality documentation, such as control plans, inspection reports, and process guidelines.
· Problem Solving: Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for quality issues.
· Process Improvement: Collaborate with teams to enhance manufacturing processes and product quality.
· Audits: Assist in internal and external audits to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
· Proficient with Microsoft Office
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in tools like Excel and statistical software.
· Strong technical presentation skills
· Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
· Must be a US citizen, legal permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
