Client Solution MANAGER
New opportunities exist to join the CSS sales team in the Benelux.
The role is focused on proactively contacting prospects/clients in order to win new Oracle CSS Consulting business and manage ongoing client relationships in order to maximize technology (with emphasis on Oracle Database and Fusion Middleware) consulting revenues and margin. An ability to develop broad, strategic relationships with our main accounts, supporting growth of the Oracle spend and driving profitable consulting business is key to this role.
Desired Skills and Experience
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Proactive identification, qualification, development and closing of Oracle CSS Consulting opportunities
Developing and maintaining relationships at senior level across three stakeholder groups: 1) Internally, with cross Line of Business sales teams, 2) externally, with key customer contacts, and 3) externally, with partners/system integrators on large implementation projects
Acting as an ambassador and escalation point for Oracle CSS Consulting clients
Working closely with the delivery teams to ensure successful implementations leading to repeat business for Oracle Customer Success Services
Working closely with the CSS sales director, contributing to the go to market strategy
Generating, communicating and delivering the necessary sales documentation i.e. account plans and close plans
Accurately forecasting against plans and targets
Generating proposals, with a team of experts, managing the process end-to-end
Present proposals to clients and manage them through the client approval process
Understand and comply with sales processes, obtain appropriate management approval for proposals and ensure contracts are legally compliant and commercially viable
Manage execution of sales activities (e.g. demos, POCs and presentations)
Hand over responsibility for delivery to CSS Delivery management and monitor delivery progress
Maintain a breadth of knowledge of Oracle’s products and services

Responsibilities
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 3-5 years previous sales experience in the IT professional services industry as an individual quota carrying sales representative.
While quota are individual, this role is intended for a team player.
The candidate will primarily address the Benelux market, but will also support in growing the Nordics, Germany and Swiss market.
Fluent in English and Dutch
KEY REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE:
The candidate must be based in The Netherlands or Belgium
The Dutch and English language skills; for speaking, reading and writing
