At the Technical Project Manager at Experian Health, your will report to the Technology organization. You will develop and you will implement comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines and milestones for assigned projects, and coordinate with partners to define project scope and goals.
You'll have opportunity to:
Facilitate communication and collaboration to ensure alignment on migration goals, tasks and timing
Identify potential risks and challenges associated with project deliverables
Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address issues and minimize disruptions
Promote progress across teams, according to the established plan and schedule
Monitor progress and identify any plan deviations, blockers, challenges or bottlenecks, taking corrective action
Communicate progress, status updates and important milestones to partners
Maintain accurate documentation of project processes and outcomes, including configuration settings, decisions, dependencies and post-migration procedures
Prepare regular reports and documentation for management and audit purposes
Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
1-5 years' project management, in a technical environment within healthcare revenue cycle
Proficiency in project management tools and software
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management frameworks
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
Familiarity and experience with Experian Health products
