In line with our mission, we are looking to recruit a Manager, Credentialing Services on our Credentialing team. This is a remote position.

The Role

The Client Services Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the work of the Client Services team within the Credentialing department; ensuring that department goals, quality expectations, and deadlines are met. This position requires intimate knowledge of credentialing industry standards and best practice processes, as well as the ability to guide clients in the direction of compliance. The Client Services Manager will collaborate with all levels of personnel, providing internal leadership to drive productivity, quality and the accomplishment of department and company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance:

  • Oversight of application process, deadline management and volume monitoring.

  • Assist with the Quality Check process and compliance tracking.

  • Review audit findings to confirm quality standards are met.

  • Collaborate with department leadership to identify areas of concern.

  • Assist with process improvement and best practice protocol development.

    Personnel Management:

  • Management of employee performance, evaluations, and PTO requests.

  • Collaborate with Human Resources to recruit, interview and hire new employees.

  • Perform department specific employee onboarding/offboarding tasks.

  • Coordinate new employee training sessions for Client Services.

  • Assist with educational and training sessions to broaden team knowledge.

  • Organize and lead team meetings.

    Client Engagement:

  • Collaborate with Credentialing Engagement Managers to ensure client needs are met.

  • Proficiently interact with all levels of personnel.

  • Monitor for client engagement and satisfaction.

  • Perform client demonstrations as needed.

  • Respond to client escalations and manage resolution.

    Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required (5 years).

  • Certified Professional Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) certification.

  • Advanced knowledge of national accreditation and credentialing best practice standards.

  • Strong people management skills and leadership experience.

  • Ability to be innovative, establish priorities, and make decisions independently.

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.

  • Capable of handling sensitive and confidential information appropriately.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
