Advantive Director of Finance in US, United States
Advantive is looking for a highly motivated Director of Finance to join a collaborative and growing team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, a great communicator, and enjoys collaborating with people with a diverse set of talents, in a dynamic fast-pace environment.
Responsibilities
Drive collaboration between Finance and other functional leaders to ensure accurate planning and forecasting
Revenue and ARR trend analysis vs Budget
Sales team modeling and quota planning
Manage the finance team with a focus on career development and scalability as the organization grows
Oversee Financial Due Diligence and financial integration of acquisitions
Prepare agile forecast and monthly board materials to give leadership the proper insight in order to make dynamic decisions
Ability to “get in the weeds” with the team, but also concisely articulate key information to leadership
Skills & Other Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA or CFA a plus
3+ years in Financial Due Diligence or Private Equity finance preferred
2+ years managing an efficient team and an ability to drive career development
Strong excel skills and passion for new technologies that promote efficiency
Comfortable working cross-functionally with other business units and ensuring timelines stay on track
Demonstrated ownership, problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with impeccable integrity
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Passionate about driving continuous improvement in yourself and within your functions
Ability to prioritize multiple duties and work independently
Flexibility and comfort with continuous change, willingness to take on challenges, and work in a fast-paced environment
You have worked in finance or accounting roles that require a strong knowledge of basic accounting demonstrate a level of business acumen
