You are a key ingredient in helping us in enabling the site in effective compliance for Food Safety and HACCP rules. This role will lead and co-ordinate HACCP and Food Safety requirements in line with company objectives.

  • Contributing to the required competency level of MU personnel by influencing, supporting and educating in quality awareness when applicable (ex. compliance to QPs and best practices)

Key Responsibilities

QA & HACCP Coordinator

  • You will support elements of the site’s quality & food safety system, including internal documentation and change management control including quality policies amendments and registration of internal and external documentation, internal and external audits and inspections, effective PDCA cycles and CAPA system management and management review. In addition, you will coordinate the eQCMS annual review, handle consumer complaints, and serve as a key contact for food regulatory agency inspection and contacts management.

  • Implement and ensure compliance with Mondelez Standard, FSSC 22000, internal and external requirements.

  • Develop and provide related training to employees (Yearly training and new employees).

Change Management

  • Participation in change projects to assure potential quality and food safety risks are assessed and actions taken accordingly.

  • Ensuring all functions in change management projects are aware of and follow policies, legislation, and best practices regarding quality and food safety.

Continuous improvement

  • Manage quality KPIs. Compiling and analyzing data, identifying areas of improvement.

  • Challenge status quo to increase efficiency.

  • Identify gaps related to quality (e.g. routines, best practices, QPs, specifications, ISO documentation etc.).

  • Contributing to achieve a high level of quality and food safety awareness throughout the production organization by conducting required training and coaching in relevant areas such as GMP, microbiology, hygienic design, pest control, sanitation.

ISO documentation related to Quality assurance/Sanitation

  • Ensuring that local documentation regarding QA/Sanitation is updated and in compliance with FSSC 2200, MDLZ requirements, policies and legislation.

GMP: ensure good practices are implemented and follow in the plant

Internal audit leader

  • Responsible for the yearly internal audit plan and for the training of internal auditors.

Audits

  • Taking a key role in responding to external audits of the UV plant, for example authorities, FSSC, MDLZ QCMS etc.
