JOB SUMMARY:
As a field technician, you will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair general heavy equipment, engines, drive-train components, and electrical and hydraulic systems from a company service truck in the field, often at customer job sites. Responsibilities include inspecting, repairing, and maintaining engines and/or heavy equipment components, such as torque converters, final drives, undercarriage, hydraulic pumps, and much more. JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- College and/or continued education in a technical field are a plus.
- Experience in construction or heavy equipment service and repair is needed, preferably with Caterpillar equipment.
- Valid Commercial Driver's License with an acceptable driving record by Ohio CAT standards.
