Sheffield & Richards LLP Receptionist/ Mail Clerk in Upland, California
Job Summary: We are seeking a professional and organized, full-time Monday to Friday Receptionist to join our law office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and callers, providing exceptional customer service while also managing administrative tasks. In addition to traditional receptionist duties, this role will include opening, scanning, and uploading incoming mail to our document management system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Scan and upload incoming mail to the document management system accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration is a plus.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role, preferably in a legal or professional setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with document management systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Professional demeanor and a commitment to providing outstanding client service.
