Employee will work full time remote outside of a WesBanco location (may occasionally attend in person meetings, although primary functions of the role are performed remotely). Market Wheeling Work Hours per Week 37.5 Requirements Bachelor's Degree preferred; Minimum of five years banking experience including, banking operations, money movement, and/or exceptions processing. Strong knowledge of exceptions processing preferred. Minimum of two years' experience in a supervisory or leadership role required. Job Description SUMMARY: Responsible for the management and oversight of the Adjustments area within Money Movement. Responsible for the oversight of the teams that process deposit adjustments and item processing including deposit review. Supervises and leads a team of employees and ensures tasks are completed timely and accurately. The Adjustments Manager will collaborate with his/her direct reports to drive tasks and ensure excellent customer service. In addition, the Adjustments Manager will collaborate with other leaders in the Money Movement team to drive efficiencies in tasks that affect multiple areas. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. INTERPERSONAL SKILLS: Professional demeanor in appearance, interpersonal relations, work ethic and attitude. Ensures effective use of applications and identify process improvement opportunities. Works with team to maintain process flow documentation for assigned systems and area of responsibility.
