We are seeking a highly skilled High-Reliability Solderer to join our talented team. Responsibilities
Perform precision soldering of electronic components in accordance with aerospace industry standards and specifications.
Follow detailed assembly instructions and engineering drawings to ensure accurate and reliable soldering of components.
Inspect soldered connections for quality, ensuring they meet the highest standards for reliability and durability.
Collaborate closely with engineers and technicians to troubleshoot and resolve soldering issues as they arise.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to strict safety protocols and industry regulations.
Continuously strive for process improvement, implementing best practices to enhance soldering efficiency and reliability.
