Kelly Services Office Manager in Tysons Corner, Virginia

Kelly Services is looking for an office manager in a law office.

Monday- Friday 7:30am-4:30pm

This position is directly responsible for supporting a prestigious legal client, located in the heart of Tysons Corner, VA (adjacent to Tysons Mall). This role supports 60 client personnel on-site within the firm.

The following office services functions are provided on a daily basis: mail, reprographic/imaging, hospitality, pantry, and supply management. In addition to supporting these daily activities, this person will be the primary liaison for all vendor service-related issues. The preferred candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as they will be interacting with senior level attorneys, partners, clients, opposing counsel, court reporters, vendors, staff, and others. The successful candidate will be a self-motivator and have an acute sense of attention to detail.

Candidate is required to have a High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 2 years related experience.
