Job Summary:

Work as a member of the Sales and Marketing finance team supporting our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams

MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for supporting accounting and financial analysis; including budgeting and forecasting to support marketing plans

  • Assist in month end closing process and preparation for Monthly Operating Reviews (MOR)

  • Assist in monthly reporting and analysis for marketing incentive programs and work with business partners to understand results

  • Assist with evaluation of risk/benefit trade-offs around dealer incentive proposals and requests from the field. Maintain tracking to hold teams accountable for delivering on proposal commitments.

  • Participate in Data enhancement and analytics projects to organize and streamline data for reporting and insights

  • Establish and maintain standard work around and processes around overall work activities

  • Actively participate in process improvements and team projects

  • Participate in team meetings and assist with employee engagement and team building

Education/Experience:

  • Undergraduate Student (Focus in Accounting or Finance or relevant major)

  • Prior applicable experience a plus

  • Applicable college classes completion a plus

  • Minimum GPA, 3.0
