About the Role:

A commercial relationship manager develops, advises, manages, and retains client relationships. They also solicit new business relationships with a focus on the profitability of those relationships. This is a sales- and solutions-focused position.

  • Business development of current and new commercial client relationships

  • Develop internal relationships in order to provide comprehensive financial solutions to clients from all areas of theBank.

  • Advise clients on financial solutions andstrategies.

  • Manage and review clientrelationships.

  • Be aware of banking industry and industry-specifictrends.

  • Demonstrate broad knowledge in other banking services offered by other lines of business to identify and offer qualifiedreferrals.

  • Demonstrate anin-depthknowledge, understanding, and development of commercial banking financial solutions, including complex credit structures and solutions, cross-selling, recognizing revenue-generating opportunities, and engaging in community relationships and activities for business development

  • All employees are responsible for internal controls in the performance of their assigned duties. Internal control responsibilities are established in various policies, procedures, and documents, including the Code of Conduct.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degreein finance or related field, or equivalent experience,Required.

  • 4 years ofCommercial Banking experienceor equivalent, Required.

  • Ability to cross-sell a wide variety of bank products.

  • Deeply proficient in building client relationships.

  • Handle complex relationships and interacts with outside counsel, title companies, etc.

  • Proficient business development and sales skills.

  • Ability to manage an existing portfolio.

  • Consultative selling skills and approach.

  • Deep knowledge of credit structures

  • Well-developed credit skills and acumen.

  • Well-developed underwriting skills.

  • In-depth understanding of personal and business financial statements and tax returns.

  • Ability to manage a complex workflow.

  • Strong written and verbal skills.

  • Ability to work independently, provide client solutions, prospect new client relationships, and coach and mentor other team members.

  • Deeply proficient in building, advising, and managing client relationships.

  • Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and client services skills.

We offer a competitive total rewards package including basewagesand comprehensive benefits. Thepayrange for this role is $88,158.42to $163,722.00, and the pay rate for theselected candidate isdependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The rolemay beeligible for performance-based incentive compensation and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
