Job Title: Electromechanical Assembler - 1st Shift
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Electromechanical Assembler to join our team. This role is for the 1st shift, Monday through Friday, from 5:00am to 1:30pm, with the possibility of overtime, including weekends. Candidates must have strong wire harness experience and be able to hit the ground running from day one.
Responsibilities
Perform soldering, wiring, and crimping.
Read, interpret, and execute instructions and diagrams for precise assembly of equipment and products.
Construct and test wire harness connections.
Use various hand tools and fixtures proficiently.
Conduct quality spot checks on products to maintain adherence to specified standards.
Report any product inconsistencies or equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly.
Rework or repair assembled equipment and products according to engineering specifications.
Essential Skills
Minimum of 4 years of electromechanical assembly experience.
Proficient in all aspects of wire harnessing, crimping, assembly, and soldering.
Able to read and interpret blueprints and wire schematics.
Experience in soldering at an electronics level, preferably with J-STD-001 standards.
Familiarity with IPC-A-610 and IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards for electronic assemblies and wire harnesses.
Experience using tools relevant to production processes, such as crimping tools, soldering irons, and testing equipment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Soldering or previous IPC certifications are ideal.
Ability to crimp and strip 22-24 AWG wires and insert contacts.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tustin, California.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
