The Volume Management Rep III is responsible for coordinating with customers and company partners to improve the gathering and processing of gas and balancing of gathering systems to meet our contractual obligations and minimize contract imbalances. Knowledge of scheduling and a focus on safety will bring success in this role!

Day In The Life
In this role, your primary focus as a Volume Management Representative will be to optimize the flow of gas gathering and processing by ensuring system balance and fulfilling contractual obligations. You will monitor pipeline conditions and issues in collaboration with operations teams, maintenance coordinators, field personnel and pipeline authorities. You will also be responsible for maintaining volume and measurement data while minimizing imbalances that occur with day to day gas fluctuations.
Responsibilities/Expectations:
Interacts and communicates with external/internal partners to monitor nominations, flowing gas, imbalance positions, contract compliance and other key factors
Monitors and analyzes data to identify discrepancies, communicate with company partners to identify resolutions
Reconciliation of nominations with flow data on various levels (system, constraint points and agreement)
Provides accurate and timely reports
Maintains accurate desktop procedures for assigned customers and assets
Mentors other team members to help develop business knowledge
Provides training to ensure successful business execution and to promote individual employee growth and development
Performs scheduling duties and assignments such as validation of data, successful completion of all internal processes, distribute reports and meet public posting requirements

Education/Years of Experience:
Required: High School diploma/GED and a minimum of two (2) years’ gas management, scheduling and negotiating experience
Preferred: Bachelor's degree
Shift/Work Hours/Travel Requirements:
Must be willing to work after hours, on-call rotations, nights, weekend shifts and holiday as needed
May be required to work overtime
Other Requirements:
Preferred: Experience calculating, summarizing, and analyzing data using PivotTables
Preferred: Proficiency in GasKit, ClearSCADA and FlowCal platforms
Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
Needs proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skills
Needs proficient knowledge of Gas Kit, SAP, SharePoint
Knowledge of the energy industry
