System One Tool & Die Technician in Tulsa, Oklahoma
Tool & Die Technician Wanted!
Location: Tulsa, OK
Day Shift: Monday – Thursday 5:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Role Overview: Support tooling across departments and provide machining services.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate on tooling and machining issues
Manage tooling personnel
Track job time
Troubleshoot tooling in press/mill
CNC programming and operation (EDM, lathe, mill)
Tool design and fabrication
Mastercam programming
Collaborate with maintenance to reduce downtime
Qualifications:
High school diploma/trade school preferred
Journeyman status preferred
3+ years’ experience with progressive/compound/pierce and draw dies
Lean and 5S training
Experience with tube/roll mills
Tool design (dies/fixtures)
Operate CNC mills and lathes
Wire EDM operation and programming
Troubleshoot tooling issues
Proficiency in AutoCAD/Solidworks
