Job Summary
The Project Engagement and Reporting Specialist will oversee project approvals, manage regional reporting, and perform various administrative tasks to ensure efficient project execution and compliance.
Job Description
Major Responsibilities:
Engagement Meetings: Facilitate the pre-engagement project approval process via Docusign, submit forecasts in EcoSys, and update the ShareNow calendar. Take meeting minutes, create acceptance letters, and maintain project information in EcoSys.
Regional Reporting: Confirm budget versus variance for a 5-year period, track PLMP progression, and produce visual reports for quarterly meetings. Categorize projects and validate data to ensure accuracy and alignment with project statuses.
SPP TRAC Updates for NTC Work: Monitor NTC work updates monthly, collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines and budgets are met, and enter necessary project data into SCERTS as needed.
Active Affiliate Requests: Regularly pull and review data for planning projects and contract studies, updating Load Study Metrics accordingly.
AQ Study Deposit Requests: Manage the routing and submission of deposit requests, coordinate invoice processing, and handle pre-engineering approvals for projects.
Miscellaneous Tasks: Update Radials in service, prepare audit responses, participate in project working groups, and manage ZPC Non-DPP Forms for timely submission.
Qualifications:
Candidates should possess a relevant bachelor's degree and demonstrate experience in project coordination, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in relevant software tools.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENS:
With a qualified Bachelor's degree, four (4) years' qualified experience required; with a qualified Associate's degree, six (6) years' qualified experience; with a High School Diploma or GED, four (4) years' experience as a Project Coordinator (grade 006).
Qualified degrees must be in a related field from an accredited university or college and could include Accounting, Business, Construction Management, Engineering, Technology, or Project Management.
Qualified experience includes utility specific operations knowledge/experience with a good working knowledge of work processes and procedures.
Experience should be in design, operations, planning, project management, cost tracking analysis, forecasting, and project budgets, working with accounting principles, and/or construction or maintenance of systems and/or equipment.

Compensation Range:
$85,081.00-106,352.50 USD
The Physical Demand Level for this job is: L – Light Work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or 10 to 12 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 5-6 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Physical demand requirements are in excess of those for sedentary work. Even though the weight lifted may be only a negligible amount, a job should be rated Light Work: (1) When it requires walking or standing to a significant degree; or (2) when it requires sitting most of the time, but entails pushing and/or pulling of arm or leg c ontrols; and/or (3) when the job requires working at a production rate pace entailing the constant pushing and/or pulling of materials even though the weight of those materials is negligible. NOTE: The constant stress and strain of maintaining a production rate pace, especially in an industrial setting, can be and is physically demanding of a worker even though the amount of force exerted is negligible
