The Paint prepper interprets blueprints accurately to establish work procedures and materials required. They diligently clean work surfaces using various tools and substances such as solvents, brushes, and sandpaper in preparation for coating. After coating, they meticulously remove excess material and apply masking materials to protect designated areas during processing. Utilizing precision measuring tools like calipers, they determine masking areas according to blueprints. Proficiently handling precision cutting tools like X-acto style blades, they demask and clean parts after coatings, ensuring adherence to customer requirements. Additionally, they identify opportunities for process enhancements to improve efficiency and quality.
