ManpowerGroup Mail Services Clerk in Tulsa, Oklahoma

Our client, in the utility industry is seeking a Mail Services Package Handler to join their team. As a Mail Services Clerk, you will be part of the Administrative department supporting various teams within the company. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent customer service which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Mail Services Package Handler

Location: Tulsa, OK

Pay Rate: $18.50/hr

What's the Job?

  • Receive, process, and deliver United States mail, inter-company mail, and packages from third-party carriers such as UPS, FedEx and DHL.

  • Operate mailing and print center equipment including postage mailing systems, folder & inserter, copiers, folding machines, and bindery equipment.

  • Process print and forms job requests through electronic, phone, or walk-up methods, ensuring quality and accuracy.

  • Collate, bind, and package print jobs for customer delivery, maintaining proper stocking levels of print materials and supplies.

  • Understand and use technical print industry terminology to communicate effectively with technicians.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or GED

  • 1 year of customer service experience

  • Experience sorting/distributing mail and packages in an office environment

  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to learn additional software programs

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs to a height of 5 ft and stand for 6-7 hours per day
