Overview
Axient LLC is currently seeking a Program Management Support Specialist to support our customer in Tullahoma, TN.
Responsibilities
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Provide program support to company and customer personnel.
Provide support to meeting scheduling and meeting needs.
Coordinate with other organization's personnel as needed to complete tasks.
Support project manager in the cost, schedule, and performance reporting of test programs.
Serves as a part of the project manager’s support team in support of customers, capturing customers’ program objectives, capability requirements, schedule requirements, resource and schedule availability, and required deliverables.
Coordinates with the Team’s Test and Analysts Engineers to plan, execute, and report on a successful test program.
Responsible for the timely support and development and delivery of test documentation and reports including Initial Contacts Sheets, Statement of Capabilities (SOC), program cost estimates, program schedules, test plans, test memos, test support summaries, test milestone documents and briefings including Test Concept and Design Review, Test Readiness Review and Test Closeout briefings to leadership.
Ensures all test program documentation is organized and filed appropriately per customer and project manager guidance.
Qualifications
Must have an active and transferrable DoD security clearance with current investigation at the required level. Must be able to maintain the required clearance.
Bachelor's Degree.
Able to obtain a basic knowledge of security principles (i.e. classification levels)
5 years of experience
Ability to communicate and interact within a highly synchronized team of individuals.
Must be task oriented.
Must be proficient with Excel and Word.
Must meet applicable COVID safety requirements and protocols; with or without a reasonable accommodation or exception.
