Providence St. Joseph Health RN - Infusion in Tukwila, Washington

Description This position serves as member of the infusion team, responding to incoming referrals and informational calls regarding outpatient / home infusion services. The Intake Coordinator is responsible for collecting and reviewing clinical information in order to ascertain the appropriate services for the individual referred. This position is responsible for assisting the patient, referral source and any other callers with infusion services. This person will facilitate the coordination of services with the patient, from the initial referral through the duration of therapy and discharge from infusion services. This position acts as a communication link between Providence Infusion Pharmacy, clinicians, patients, families, and physicians by creating a user-friendly point of entry to discuss questions, problems or concerns throughout the continuum of care. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire. Idaho Registered Nurse License upon hire - if practicing in this location Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire - if practicing in this location 2 years of Direct clinical experience, preferably with one year of home infusion field experience. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing 1 year of Office experience in health care setting. Computer experience with infusion software, electronic medical records (EPIC), Microsoft Word, and Excel Why Join Providence?
