Description

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an HR Recruiter in Tukwila, Washington. This role primarily focuses on streamlining the recruitment process across different teams and implementing efficient mechanisms for candidate screening and interview. The industry is diverse and fast-paced, requiring a solid understanding of HR Administration, Process Improvement, and Recruiting.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluating and improving the current recruitment system and processes to identify areas of improvement.

• Establishing key metrics for the efficient screening of candidates who apply.

• Collaborating with different teams to review and enhance the current configuration of the hiring process.

• Creating comprehensive process documents for training purposes.

• Developing standard screening and interview guides for key positions.

• Handling the staffing requirements for various roles, including initial resume screens.

• Implementing and managing the recruitment process for managerial positions.

• Ensuring the recruitment and hiring processes are consistently followed across different teams.

• Overseeing job postings, tracking, and archival processes to ensure efficiency.

• Preparing for a system transition by cleaning up the current processes.

Skills:

• Experience with CRM and Applicant Track System.

• Familiarity with conducting Background Checks.

• Strong Communication skills.

• Proficiency in using Paycom.

• Excellent Customer Service skills.

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration.

• Proficient in Interviewing and Onboarding processes.

• Solid experience in Recruiting.

• Ability to carry out Strategic Planning.

• Familiarity with Workstream.

• Experience in Job Postings and Sourcing.

• Talent Sourcing skills.

• Experience in Process implementation and Process Improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role as an HR Recruiter

• Proficient in using CRM and Applicant Track System

• Proficient in conducting Background Checks

• Excellent Communication skills

• Experience in using Paycom software

• Strong Customer Service skills

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration

• Proficient in conducting Interviews

• Experience in Onboarding new employees

• Proven track record in Recruiting

• Ability to engage in Strategic Planning

• Experience in using Workstream software

• Ability to create effective Job Postings

• Proficient in Sourcing potential candidates

• Experience in Talent Sourcing

• Proven ability to implement new processes

• Experience in Process Improvement
