Integrated Power Services Accounting Manager in Tukwila, Washington

Responsibilities and Expectations: As an Accounting Manager for IPS you will be responsible for the management of the day-to-day and monthly accounting operations for multiple sites. You will work closely with the Regional Finance Manager, as well as the Corporate Finance team, to facilitate the month-end close process and provide guidance to the regional team throughout the month with day-to-day accounting operations at the Service Centers (including supervising invoicing, payables, job costing, payroll, etc.). Perform month-end close process, including processing journal entries, account reconciliation, and financialreporting Work daily with the Area General Manager to support business decisions and drive process improvement and profitability in the financial and operating valuestreams Work with the Regional Finance Manager to support financial planning and analysis with the Service Center, including annual budgetdevelopment Provide guidance to the Service Center Finance staff for job costing, inventory counting & analysis, accounts payable, labor entry, expensereporting Travel 15% to support Service Center staff Perform Ad-Hoc analysis to drive data-based decisions to grow sales andprofitability Qualifications and Competencies: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance Minimum 5 years ofAccountingexperience preferred Minimum 3 years of Managerial Accounting experiencepreferred Proficient with MS Excel/Word/Outlook Working knowledge of accounting systems and month-end close processes Benefits: Paid Time Off (PTO) 401k Employer Match Bonus Incentives Tuition Reimbursement Program Medical, Dental and Vision plans Employee Assistance Program (EAP) And more!
