The PGC center specializes in providing SP and GNC solutions in integrated flight simulations that support the lifecycle of the product, from conceptual design and trades, to development, even before the target hardware is available, to evaluating the system performance and reducing the number of trials required before fielding a product.

We are looking for a Principal Signal Processing Engineer to lead signal processing development on an Advanced Technologies program. As the Signal Processing Lead, you will provide technical direction and leadership for developing and integrating signal processing algorithms and sensor models into the Integrated Flight Simulation (IFS). You will be involved in running the Integrated Flight Simulation (IFS) and analyzing performance predictions and results to determine if algorithms are meeting performance expectations. The Algorithm Performance Team Lead will be responsible for aligning the team to the vision of the product, maintaining, and aligning the backlog to stakeholder needs, day-to-day execution of the individuals on the team, and reporting status to the Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL).
