Review customer product status and usage, establish improvement opportunities to help the customer utilize the system optimally and ensure quality and value delivered to customers using the knowledge of Production Scheduling and Optimization; Mining Equipment and Operation Cost Evaluation; and Haulage Productions Planning, Simulation, and Analysis. Form teams of Field Technicians and Field Engineers and manage projects using the knowledge of Production Scheduling and Optimization; Mining Equipment and Operation Cost Evaluation; and Haulage Productions Planning, Simulation, and Analysis. Generate, implement and present key performance indicator (KPI) of Data Integrity, EFOF, system reliability and other relevant KPI using the knowledge of Production Scheduling and Optimization; Mining Equipment and Operation Cost Evaluation; and Haulage Productions Planning, Simulation, and Analysis. Present plan of action and strategy to deliver Performance Assurance activities using the knowledge of Production Scheduling and Optimization; Mining Equipment and Operation Cost Evaluation; and Haulage Productions Planning, Simulation, and Analysis. Perform workshops, training and coaching to ensure awareness and ability using the knowledge of Production Scheduling and Optimization; Mining Equipment and Operation Cost Evaluation; and Haulage Productions Planning, Simulation, and Analysis. Assess mine operations performance using data analysis including fleet utilization, feeding to primary crusher, mine plan compliance measures, fleet productivity, cycle effectiveness, loading process, etc. using the knowledge of Production Scheduling and Optimization; Mining Equipment and Operation Cost Evaluation; and Haulage Productions Planning, Simulation, and Analysis. Address mine operational, planning and grade control issues where MMS Product and Customer Value expertise will help using the knowledge of Production Scheduling and Optimization; Mining Equipment and Operation Cost Evaluation; and Haulage Productions Planning, Simulation, and Analysis. Perform technical troubleshooting and fixes along with assistance from technical support staff using the knowledge of Production Scheduling and Optimization; Mining Equipment and Operation Cost Evaluation; and Haulage Productions Planning, Simulation, and Analysis. Coordinate with Mining Services regional and corporate when MineCare, ProVision, mine planning, grade control or mine operation support is needed using the knowledge of Production Scheduling and Optimization; Mining Equipment and Operation Cost Evaluation; and Haulage Productions Planning, Simulation, and Analysis.Provide system assessment, engineering analysis, performance analysis, and benchmarking services as required using the knowledge of Production Scheduling and Optimization; Mining Equipment and Operation Cost Evaluation; and Haulage Productions Planning, Simulation, and Analysis.
Occasional Domestic Travel Required in Order to Attend Meetings.
