The Clinical Implementation Specialist is responsible for the successful management of account clinical education, and clinical product implementation within their region.
How You'll Create Impact
Coordinates and provides clinical support, education of clinical and ancillary staff, product implementation and assists with logistics.
Communicates with key stakeholders to schedule, conduct, and follow up on clinical education.
Supports clinical education of Sales, Service, HCPs, and ancillary staff.
Contributes clinical insights to NPI projects, specific to product expertise.
Evaluate and contribute to Regulatory and Quality Assurance initiatives, specific to product expertise.
Responsible for designated account clinical education, and management, and communicates concerns/issues to manager.
Collaborates with sales, service, and internal corporate partners to enhance customer experience.
Participates, interacts, and educates internal and external customers during sponsored events.
Supports and works in tandem with sales. Identifies issues and communicates needs - escalates issues.

Your Background
Registered Nurse with 3-5 years of recent acute or ambulatory perioperative nursing experience required. Scrub and Orthopedic experience preferred.
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred candidates with Associate/Diploma Degree in Nursing will be considered.
Licensed as an RN in the United States.
Travel Expectations
Applicants should be willing to work flexible hours.
70%-80% domestic travel required
This role has a salary range of $85,000-$95,000 annually with additional earnings available through bonus opportunities.
