Responsibilities:
Assist the General Manager in managing daily operations and ensuring excellent customer service
Supervise and motivate team members to achieve goals and maintain a positive work environment
Train new employees on company policies and procedures
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Strong problem-solving abilities
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
