Are you an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist in the manufacturing industry? A Trumbull-based manufacturing company has an urgent need for someone with your skills. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of full-cycle accounts payable experience. responsibilities:
Process payments
Verify, classify & record A/P invoices
Reconcile the accounts payable ledger
Investigate & resolve discrepancies
Reconcile vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements
Understand expense accounts and cost centers
Manage the A/P inbox
Manage paper flow of the ACH/check run by documenting and scanning
qualifications:
5+ years of experience processing Accounts Payable
Data entry skills
Hands-on experience with Excel
Accuracy and attention to detail
Experience in manufacturing preferred
skills: A/P Processing, 1099s
