You'll be responsible for packaging products into boxes or bags, following specific instructions and safety regulations. It's a temp-to-hire position, requiring 720 hours before a possible permanent hire. Here's a breakdown: Key Responsibilities:

• Package products according to instructions (seal, label, and box placement).
• Meet productivity standards and complete tasks timely and accurately.
• Follow all directions and collaborate efficiently with the team.
• Maintain workplace organization and follow safety rules.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must pass E-Verify, a 10-panel drug test, and meet background check criteria (no felonies or repeat misdemeanors).
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and work overtime when required.

Shifts & Pay:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, $16/hour (Monday-Friday)
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, $18/hour (Monday-Friday)
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, $18/hour (Sunday-Thursday)
• Occasional Mandatory Saturdays: Up to 8 hours during scheduled shifts when posted.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
