JOB SUMMARY:
The Parts Specialist Counter will work closely with technicians and customers on all parts needs. This individual will take care of parts orders, which can be completed in person, over the phone and on the computer. In addition, the Parts Specialist Counter will maintain parts inventory levels for the branch and order stock from other branches as needed. As needed, this position will assist in the warehouse for the picking and packing of parts orders, making hoses, shipping, receiving, forklift operation and deliveries.

· Must have good customer interaction abilities and able to provide great customer service.
· Ideal candidate should possess good computer skills including Microsoft applications.
· Must have a strong attention to detail.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
· High School Diploma or equivalent.
· One or more years of warehouse and inventory experience, some of this experience should be in a mechanical parts environment, preferably with knowledge and experience with CAT heavy equipment and diesel engine parts.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Lifting/Carrying 40 lbs.; Lift/Carry and 50lb pulling; Standing/Sitting Up and downstairs, standing, sitting, and climbing into machines; Dexterity Normal; Repetitive Motions Frequent movement requiring hands, wrists, and fingers; The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
