Unity House Housing Case Manager - Domestic Violence in Troy, New York

Unity House of Troy is looking for a proactive and dedicated individual to fill a Housing Case Manager position within the Domestic Violence program.

$750 Sign on bonus may apply.

Responsibilities:

Advocate for the program and our clients.

Provide victim-centered and trauma-informed case management services to victims of domestic violence.

Provide support, safety planning, needs assessment and advocacy.

Provide referrals and engaging in ongoing regular interactions.

Complete reports and compliance activities in a timely manner.

Promote a culture of inclusion and belonging.

Requirements: A college degree in a related field and/or previous experience working with victims of domestic violence or a similar population is preferred. A valid New York State Driver License is required. Must have reliable transportation.
