**[COMPLIANCE MANAGER WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT BOARD (WDB) [CLASSIFICATION: AMP (salaried) DEPARTMENT: Workforce Development Board REPORTS TO: Executive Director of the Workforce Development Board FLSA STATUS: Exempt FULL TIME/PART TIME: Full-Time, works year round LOCATION: Trenton, Missouri-Main Campus-WDB Building
[Position Summary:[ The Compliance Manager is responsible for assisting in the oversight of programs operated by the Board to remain in compliance with state and federal guidelines. - Monitor the Board and its sub-recipients to ensure program and Equal Opportunity regulations are being adhered to.
- Serve as the recipients liaison with State WIOA EO Officer.
- Attend training offered by the State Office of Workforce Development.
- Train local staff on equal opportunity topics and program updates.
- Assist in processing complaints.
- Investigate and resolve program complaints.
- Prepare and submit various program and EO reports as required.
- Attend required meetings.
- Other duties as assigned.
*[Qualifications: *[Education[: Associates degree and/or multiple years experience which should include a combination of training, data analysis, and regulatory compliance.
[Experience[: Experience operating grant programs is beneficial. *[Skills[: Proficient in MS Office products, Internet, email.
