Job Description

Summary This position will perform several accounting duties including accounts receivable management, accounts payable management, revenue recognition compliance, cash management, month-end closing and various other general accounting responsibilities.  In addition, this position will manage all SOX activities for the group. Essential Functions *  Responsible for general accounting duties for both US & UK entities, including month-end closing activities *  Responsible for all SOX activities for the entire group, including managing the SOX program, conducting employee and tester training, updating controls and testing, reviewing completed tests, assisting testers and completing corporate and divisions SOX requests *  Assist with annual statutory audit requests *  VAT management, completion and filings *  Complete backup responsibilities for Greenville entity as required *  Complete various intercompany accounting transactions *  Work closely with the operations team to resolve any true-up issues *  Reconcile general ledger accounts, including sub ledgers.  Research any discrepancies. *  Complete various reporting requests as needed. *  Adhere to all SOX requirements to ensure full SOX compliance. *  Liaison with auditors including internal, external and SOX audits. *  Complete special projects including internal, division and corporate requests. *  Be able to meet strict deadlines. *  Perform all aspects of the position according to the PCC Code of Conduct. Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Four years' experience with multi-site accounting preferred
• Sox experience preferred
