Reduction of SCRAP and FTQ by analyzing the major contributors and daily failures using statistical tools and applying corrective actions.Develop scrap projects by applying problem-solving techniques or methodologies.Properly follow up on detained material, avoiding storing material in work areas.Establish timely monitoring of ink consumption, updating multiples and establishing actions to reduce them.Manage, train and develop the staff under your charge, ensuring their daily standard work.Timely communicate all relevant events to your immediate boss and/or support area manager.Keep audit documentation in order and up-to-date.Keep Engineering documents up-to-date according to the plan established by the supervisor.It is a resource for the Manufacturing Engineer and Production Coordinator.Elaboration of Risk assessment and reduction of RPN'S in the frequency established by the supervisor.Completion of scheduled level audits on time, as well as the closing of activities derived from these.Implement actions that improve product and process capabilities.Implement actions to reduce downtime and improve operational efficiency.Participate in cost reduction projects in processes or related to indirect material.Apply the 5s methodology in the work area.Ensure the conditions of the Clean Room under safety and hygiene guidelines.
