Mercury Systems Associate Returns Coordinator in Torrance, California
Job Summary: Join our dynamic team as a Returns Coordinator, where you will play a pivotal role in managing and streamlining the return process for all our products. You will track returned products and ensure seamless communication between departments to keep our operations running smoothly. If you have a knack for problem-solving and exceptional social skills, we want you to be the bridge that connects our various teams and keeps our projects on track. Job Responsibilities: Monitor and manage the status of all returned products. Address and resolve issues that hinder progress. Facilitate communication between departments regarding status of returned products. Maintain accurate records and generate reports. Identify and implement process improvements. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Required Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Typically requires one year or less of related experience. Preferred Qualifications: * Being adept with MS Office tools such as Word, Excel and Outlook is preferred. Full-Time Equivalent Annual Salary Range: $37,300 - $74,600 for a Level I at Torrance CA USA. The disclosed salary range is general guideline for Mercury team members employed at the job level at the location listed above and does not include overtime for eligible hourly employees.
