Job Description
At TravelBank (a U.S. Bancorp company) you will have the opportunity to work in the travel and fintech industries serving some of the fastest growing companies in the world. As a member of the Marketing team, you will be a driving force in the culture of our team as well as having an immediate impact on the product we deliver to our customers.
The Project Manager for Canada Market Launch plays a critical role in aligning projects with the project goals, developing project plans that outline objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables. You will be the orchestra conductor to ensure that all sections (e.g., product, finance, marketing, sales, legal, regulatory/risk, etc.) of the symphony are in tune and ready to go for our marquee market launch in Canada. This role will involve significant and close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are completed successfully, on time. Additionally, the Project Manager serves as a liaison between departments, analyzes project data, and makes recommendations based on findings. Your main KPI is to ensure that the Canada market launch is a resounding success!
Key Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive project plans.
Analyze & document business processes through written documentation, workflow diagrams and high-level mock-ups.
Build and develop highly collaborative working relationships withmanager, business partners, subject matter experts, support functions, and other key stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization.
Create and manages stakeholder updates, including executive level presentations.
Track and evaluate performance against predefined KPIs, analyzing progress, and identifying areas for improvement.
Ensure all stakeholders are meeting timelines; in case of delays, proactively addresses ways to ensure project can be minimally impacted.
Shape and manage project scope, drive implementation, ensuring sustainable outcomes.
Foster a collaborative environment and encourage team development.
Handle team-related issues and ensure the team meets its goals and deadlines.
Proactively identify and address bottlenecks, ensuring continuous progress.
Support other Business Operations initiatives and priorities as needed.
Other project scopes and responsibilities may be assigned depending on business needs.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in highly matrixed corporations and highly regulated industries; banking or financial services experience highly preferred
Experience with business in Canada (e.g., regulations, legal frameworks, etc.)
Experience with risk, regulatory and compliance frameworks
Ability to work independently and think ahead
Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management, capable of engaging and influencing managers and leaders
Extremely strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proactive and self-driven; have a strong desire to ensure the “trains are running on time”
Highly proficient in Excel, Jira or another project management tool
Demonstrated ability to manage relationships and push for the best logical solutions.
Innovative mindset, humble, compassionate and open to growth, change and feedback
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Eight to ten years of experience in project management activities
** We would consider other candidates outside these posted locations for the right talent within the central and eastern time zone. Eligible candidates must live within reasonable distance to other hub cities to report 3 days or more in the office.
Location: The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside of the location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $105,400.00 - $124,000.00 - $136,400.00
