This role will be supporting the growth of Intuit's Toronto site which has been defined as a growth site for Intuit and their technology teams. This will include hiring across the technology ecosystem from Software Developers to Product Managers and Designers. This is a hybrid role that requires the candidate to be onsite 2 days a week at our Toronto location.

Responsibilities

· Serve as an advisor to internal stakeholders to deeply understand business strategies and talent needs for today and the future

· Build a trusted advisor relationship with hiring managers, coaching them on effective search strategies, compensation, and interviewing Develop and execute end to end proactive sourcing strategies in multiple disciplines/domains

· Build pools of talent for People & Places organization and disciplines

· Lead the offer process in collaboration with internal stakeholders; negotiate and close candidates.

· Create and drive best-in-class experiences that delight candidates and hiring team members

· Contribute to the operational excellence of the team through the leadership of strategic projects

· Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion through every aspect of the hiring journey

· Collaborate and partner across the broader talent acquisition team and serve as a mentor for others

Qualifications:

· 5+ years in full cycle recruitment with Tech based roles (Software Development, Product Management, Design etc)

· Experience and comfort partnering & consulting at all levels of leadership

· Desire and capability to work with other Talent Partners to drive recruitment solutions across a wide variety of openings

· Possess an ability to be flexible and provide the right solution at the right time

· Success in developing inclusive pipelines Growth mindset and an ability to adapt to changing dynamics as needed

· Success in guiding, consulting and educating hiring managers on hiring best practices

· Experience in guiding managers on use of corporate services such as relocation and immigration

Salary: $60-65/hour CAN
