Your job, as Production Manager within Product Quality, will be to ensure a consistent and efficient design by conforming to global quality directives, and regulatory and GMP requirements, while meeting needs of the shop floor staff. Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives and regulatory commitment projects such as, new product/process development and Business Continuity Plan. Provide support in troubleshooting and problem-solving system issues and connect with local support technical team or the vendor for support, as required and on a priority basis.

Main responsibilities:
Translate business processes into manufacturing systems functionality and configuration.
Design manufacturing processes in MES system PAS|X.
Find and implement solutions to identified gaps between operational processes and systems functionality.
Support change controls for MES and implement process changes in existing electronic batch records using PAS|X.
Responsible for System Configuration and Master Data Management activities.
About you
Ability to work in an agile, team-oriented and collaborative environment.
Experience with programming languages and database platforms.
Experience with PAS-X is preferred, or experience with other MES solutions like Syncade, PharmaSuite, Simatic-IT is also acceptable.
Minimum 3 years experience in Manufacturing/IT/Pharmaceutical or related industry.
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Industrial engineering/Information systems, or related field.
