The Opportunity

An industry leading Toronto team, specializing in office leasing, is actively seeking a Graphic Designer for the development of marketing collateral, strategies, and deliverables for the team, elevating marketing in Toronto for some of Downtown Toronto’s most iconic office towers. Individual needs to be self-starting and action-oriented while regularly exercising independent judgment and seeing tasks through to completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Creates a wide variety of marketing materials that may include maps, advertisements, demographic reports, and brochures for in-house and client presentations using advanced graphic software.

  • Develop and execute brand, property marketing and social media strategy for team and client projects.

  • Manages the day-to-day marketing operations of the team.

  • Uphold social media presence, developing creative and high impact visual and written content.

  • Organizes and maintains filing system, file correspondence and other records.

  • Manage electronic campaigns.

  • Responsible for the coordination and execution of brokerage receptions and client events. Organizes the preparation and production of customized, client specific property information packages in response to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).

  • Coordinates complex on/offsite meetings and conferences. May schedule appointments keep critical dates.

  • Other duties may be assigned.

What we require

  • Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from 2-year college required.

  • 2+ years of graphic design experience.

  • Experience in the Real Estate industry is preferred.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and InDesign.

  • Analytical thinker with strong marketing knowledge and web publishing skills.
