Job Description

The Opportunity

Reporting to the AVP, Technology Business Strategy & Management, you will be leading change initiatives across Group Functions Technology (GFT) which is continuously evolving the way we deliver value to our customers and to our associates.

You will have exposure to senior leaders and be working cross-functionally across an array of subject areas and a diverse, engaged workforce on a distributed team.

You will be working in a learning and supportive team environment.

Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process; experience with Prosci ADKAR® Model is a plus.

Location: CAN, Ontario, Toronto, 200 Bloor Street East

Hybrid: 3 days in the office (Tues. Wed. Thurs)

Key responsibilities

  • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities.

  • Assess the change impact, complete assessments, create strategy.

  • Identify, analyze, prepare risk mitigation tactics.

  • Identify and lead anticipated resistance.

  • Consult and mentor project teams.

  • Build actionable deliverables for the five organizational change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, mentor plan, training plan, resistance management plan.

Salary & Benefits

The annual base salary for this role is listed below.

Primary Location

Toronto, Ontario

Salary range is expected to be between

$107,730.00 CAD - $200,070.00 CAD

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
