Job Description

Location: North York, ON

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to fill the role of Customer Experience Representative.

The Customer Experience Representative will be responsible for delivering best in class service to all our customers both internally and externally.

A successful candidate will have intellectual curiosity, organization, enthusiasm, a team-player mentality, and a drive to win.

What You Will Do

  • Provide support and build solid relationships with our customers and sales team

  • Perform accurate on-time order entry

  • Process customer returns and troubleshoot resolutions

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email

  • Gatekeeper and managing of order queues

  • Collaborate on cross functional tasks.

  • Develop sound product knowledge to be able to assist with customer inquiries

  • Work with Service branches to fulfill critical orders

What You Will Bring

  • Preferred 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service role

  • Data Entry / Administrative experience an asset

  • Post Secondary Education or equivalent experience an asset

  • Good working knowledge and proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Experience with Microsoft AX Dynamics and Oracle an asset

  • A strong and effective communicator both verbal and written

  • A results-oriented individual who delivers on business objectives

  • Detail oriented and have a sense of urgency

  • Eager to give and receive feedback
