Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Client Services Specialist and Production Coordinator to join our busy downtown Toronto Post-Production facility. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who have experience in client-facing customer service and are eager to learn and grow in a post-production setting. The ideal candidate will bring a strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, and a willingness to take on a variety of responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Client Service:
Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and work with the team to manage client expectations.
Greet and escort clients to their editing suites upon arrival. Prepare rooms for client sessions, ensuring they are stocked with drinks, snacks, and other essentials.
Plan and purchase food for client meals and snacks as needed.
Take and prepare lunch orders for clients and working artists.
Maintain and stock the pantry and fridges, ensuring supplies are ordered and replenished regularly.
Oversee the tidiness and upkeep of edit suites, maintaining supplies for client and talent use.
Help coordinate staff and client events as a member of our social events committee
Production Coordinator:
Support the Producing team with daily tasks as needed.
Organize and maintain best practices sheets, expenses, and data sheets.
Assist Producers in project tracking for billing purposes.
Maintain schedules and other organizational duties as assigned.
Work calmly and professionally, especially during high-pressure situations.
Qualifications
Relevant experience in client-facing customer service.
Restaurant and administration experience is a plus. Strong organizational skills and a self-starter attitude.
Comfortable working with Microsoft Teams and other computer applications.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and maintain professionalism at all times.
