Job Title: Bilingual Help Desk and Technical Support Specialist (French/English)

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat in both French and English.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.

  • Document and track customer interactions and technical issues in our ticketing system.

  • Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and networks.

  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve technical problems and improve support processes.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and support tools.

    Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken) is required.

  • Proven experience in a help desk or technical support role.

  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Customer-focused with a commitment to providing high-quality support.

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are a plus.
