Job Description

Insight Global is hiring a bilingual (French and English) Content Specialist for a 6-month contract with potential extension. The role involves managing and optimizing content within CMS Contentful, ensuring alignment with brand standards, and applying SEO best practices. Responsibilities include handling media assets, scheduling and publishing content, performing quality checks, and collaborating with team members and stakeholders. The candidate will act as the SME within Contentful, supporting onboarding and troubleshooting. This position requires at least 5 years of experience in content management, preferably within large enterprises, and the ability to work on-site twice a week.

Responsibilities:

• Content Management: Ensure content aligns with brand standards, structure within CMS Contentful, and apply proper formatting for readability, accessibility, and SEO.

• Media Handling: Upload, format, and ensure correct presentation of images, videos, and other media assets.

• Publishing: Schedule, publish, save drafts, and preview content for review and approvals.

• SEO Optimization: Add SEO titles, descriptions, tags, and other metadata to optimize search.

• Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks for grammar, spelling, and styles.

• Collaboration: Work with content owners, stakeholders, and team members (UX designer, journey owner, marketing, support) to ensure cohesive content publishing.

• Content Organization: Maintain Contentful space, manage content hierarchies, and relationships between levels.

• Support and Troubleshooting: Act as SME within Contentful, support onboarding of new users, and provide updates and continuous improvement for authoring.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage in stakeholder interaction and manage triage requests and daily BAU funnel.

Skills and Requirements

Must Haves:

• 5+ years of experience in Content Writing preferably in a business banking environment (or a banking or large enterprise environment)

• Fully bilingual (written) in French and English

• Expert level experience with Contentful CMS

• Strong experience with proper formatting for readability, accessibility and SEO. null
