Kelly Services Bilingual Billing Operations Specialist in Toronto, Ontario

A day in the life of a Billing Operations Specialist:

  • Responsible for processing customer refunds, processing and reviewing account adjustment and resolving client discrepancies and short payments

  • Sending Invoices/Statement of Accounts

  • Checking and/or providing payment details/history

  • Opting a customer out of automated credit card payments

  • Changing/Processing customers credit card information for automated credit card payments

  • Ensuring manual credit card payments have posted daily and following up with declined payments or expiring cards

  • Investigating unlinked/unidentified payments

  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot a variety of issues

  • Ensure the delivery of high standards in customer service and satisfaction (phone and email)

  • Follow Sales Operations workflow and guidelines and suggest enhancements to the process

  • Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

  • Ad hoc administrative duties as they arise

  • Must be fluent in French and English (written and oral)

Wage: Competitive

Location: in-office position

Hours: 9-5 business hours
