What You’ll Be Doing
The Associate, Commercial Banking Transformation and Applications, will support maintenance of Commercial Banking Business Technology applications. The suite of applications are used by the Line of Business for several purposes including for customer relationship management (CRM), managing pipeline and activities, monitoring of credit compliance, among others. The applications collect and store information for business analysis and decision-making. The role will provide support across project or initiative lifecycle such as project planning, leading stakeholder sessions, gathering business requirements and use cases other project support activities.

How You’ll Succeed
1) Work closely with the CB business and technology team to provide ongoing support for the Commercial Bank CRM / Salesforce applications. Responsibilities would also include:
Supporting and monitoring shared mailboxes for Salesforce related questions
Support the documentation of workflows including detailed activities, controls, and relevant documentation
Keep application materials up-to-date including Job Aids and supporting process documentation
Provide recommendations for improvement, including process re-engineering and aligning activities with best-fit areas
2) Collaboration with vendors and CIBC Technology to implement application changes for the Salesforce application
Support application development and testing by assisting Technology teams with interpreting business requirements and resolving discrepancies
Plan and execute Business Acceptance Testing, including the creation of testing plans, scenarios, and acceptance criteria
Review testing results and make go/no-go recommendations for production changes
3) Maintain and review application user access controls and process.
4) Support Project Management activities for Commercial Banking Application initiatives, as assigned
Develop, manage and control schedules by updating, escalating concerns/risks as appropriate
Manage meetings, agendas and minutes
Prepare and vet PowerPoint, Excel and other documents as required
5) Support application development and testing by assisting Technology teams with interpreting business requirements and resolving discrepancies
6) Plan and execute Business Acceptance Testing, including the creation of testing plans, scenarios, and acceptance criteria
7) Review testing results and make go/no-go recommendations for production changes
8) Perform data analyses to support recommendations or investigate application issues
Who You Are
You have experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) / CRM platform (preferred), and experience providing business support for the CRM platform.
You have working knowledge of Commercial Banking's products and services, structure and operations
You have strong interpersonal skills and teaming skills to interact with groups and individuals at various levels.
You have strong relationship management skills. You have the ability to establish and build healthy working relationships and partnerships with clients, vendors and peers.
You have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, such as PowerPoint, Excel and Word
You have strong process design and improvement skills. You have a strong understanding of process design methodologies to develop efficient processes and identify opportunities to streamline existing flows.
You are a problem solver. You have knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems.
You have good project management skills , including project plan development, budgeting and scheduling.
You are self-motivated, with the ability to operate independently.
You have strong communication and presentation skills to prepare material and deliver user training.
