KIVA ADVENTURE RANCH, LLC Guidance Mentor in TOQUERVILLE, Utah
A Guidance Mentor would provide safety and structure for the adolescent boys as they work through their struggles in a residential setting all while adding a sense of adventure! A Mentor needs to have patience, compassion, and the ability to set and keep strong boundaries. You may be asked to participate in outings and activities with boys such as: hiking, service projects, outdoor/indoor sports, etc. Must be 20 years or older.
Pay starts between $14-17 /hour depending on experience. You will also receive a $1 raise when you complete your trainings and a $100 bonus if done within your first 90 days.
