Job Description
As a Senior Product Management Leader at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Multicloud, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategy, development, and go-to-market execution for our industry-leading multicloud services and solutions. In this leadership position, you will manage a team of talented product managers and work cross-functionally to ensure the success of multicloud offerings. Responsibilities:
Define and drive the overall product strategy for OCI Multicloud services, including cloud migration, hybrid cloud, and multi-cloud management solutions.
Lead and mentor a high-performing team of product managers, providing clear direction and career development opportunities.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to bring innovative multicloud products to market.
Conduct market research, analyze competitor offerings, and identify customer needs to inform product roadmap and prioritization.
Develop compelling value propositions, positioning, and messaging for OCI Multicloud services that resonate with both business and technical stakeholders.
Work with the engineering team to define product requirements, prioritize backlog, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery of multicloud features and enhancements.
Partner with marketing and sales teams to create effective go-to-market strategies, enablement materials, and sales collateral.
Track and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous innovation.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer requirements to ensure multicloud remains a market leader.
Responsibilities
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 12 years of experience in product management, with a strong background in cloud computing or enterprise software.
Demonstrated success in leading and managing high-performing product management teams.
Deep understanding of multicloud technologies, trends, and challenges, including hybrid cloud and cloud migration strategies.
Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate market and customer needs into actionable product requirements.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of influencing cross-functional teams.
Ability to think strategically, balance long-term vision with short-term execution, and adapt to changing market dynamics.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Experience with cloud services and a solid understanding of the cloud provider landscape.
Preferred Qualifications:
PhD in a related field.
Experience in a startup environment or bringing new products to market.
Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams.
Certification in product management or related fields.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $139,200 to $291,800 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
